Weekday Hours (Monday-Friday):

Snack Bar

  • Breakfast: 7:30–9:30 AM
  • Lunch (Grill & Sandwich Bar): 11:00 AM–1:30 PM
  • Evening Meal (Sandwich Bar): 5:00–6:30 PM

Weekends/Campus Closed (No Classes or Emergency Closure):

Special holiday, winter and spring break hours will be posted and emailed. During Spring Break, students need a Spring Break plan or must pay with cash, R-Bucks, or a credit card.

R-Card & R-Bucks

The R-Card is your official college ID. It provides access to campus services, including bookstore charging, dining, door entry, and library checkout. Students receive their R-Card during new student registration. Using the card signifies your acceptance of all terms and conditions provided at the time it was issued.

R-Bucks is the debit feature on your R-Card. By depositing funds into your R-Bucks account, you can use your R-Card to make purchases. You can buy items at the »Æ¹Ï¶ÌÊÓÆµ Bookstore, »Æ¹Ï¶ÌÊÓÆµ Dining Services, and »Æ¹Ï¶ÌÊÓÆµ Royal Java. There are no transaction fees and no minimum amount required. Family members can also add funds to your R-Bucks account.

Your R-Bucks balance rolls over each semester and remains active until you leave the College. If you leave due to graduation, withdrawal, or employment ending, you may request a refund. Contact the Business Office to submit your request. Any outstanding charges on your student account will be deducted from your R-Bucks balance before a refund is issued. Accounts with balances under $25.00 that remain inactive for over six months after leaving the College will be forfeited. These funds then become the property of the College.

How do I add funds to my R-Bucks account?

You can login to add funds to your R-Bucks account. You can also visit the Business Office to add funds.

What happens if my R-Card is lost or stolen?

You can to report your card as lost or stolen. You can also contact the Computer Help Center at 701-662-1596 for assistance.

How do I replace my R-Card?

  1. Pay the $15 replacement fee at the Business Office and obtain a receipt.
  2. Bring your receipt to the Computer Help Center.
  3. Receive your replacement R-Card.
