The ST&LP department recently brought in Phil Kelley of Rowen Tree Services in Seattle, WA to conduct training in »Æ¹Ï¶ÌÊÓƵ. Phil and Dwight visited the four »Æ¹Ï¶ÌÊÓƵ cooperatives who have their own ROW crews. Pictured above is Day 4 of training at The Energy Cooperative.Ìý
Adams, Logan, and The Frontier Power Company also took part. Each cooperative had Phil’s services for a full day for whatever type of training they chose.
